On June 16th 2015 I wrote “What is Going Deep?”
At the end I promised to write about how to go deep.
Well finally here it is.
I’m not reading what I wrote that day, simply not to influence what came to me now that made me decide to write now.
There are probably as many ways to go deep as there have been souls on this earth.
So take this as an inspiration to find your own particular way. And Relax: there is no good or bad way. There is simply your way. Remember this.
When you say going deep: it means you are not, you are at the surface or you just dove a little.
In a lifetime, I do believe in multiple reincarnations for a soul, it all begins not by going deep: when being conceived and while spending around 9 months in your mother’s womb, YOU ARE DEEP! As deep as it gets!
You are connected on many levels: physically, emotionally, energetically, on soul level,… you name it.
During this period everything is related to your mother.
You feel what and how she feels; this is how for example you may get born full of stressed or fear.
The total opposite is also very possible, but that we consider it to be normal.
After birth you try to stay connected and you often are through nursing and breastfeeding.
The connection with your father has to grow, even to be buildup from scratch.
Then we start to meet more people, at the day care, school,… with all those people we generally have to build up a connection. And the way we do this is very much influenced by our parents, the people who raise us. But also by the people we are surrounded with as we observe them and want to be liked by them, so we copy their behavior.
And there you go….
We want to be accepted and appreciated, therefore we act like others or as we believe they would like us to. But is this who we are? You may say today that you behave naturally, that you are who you are, that people like you and like how you act. And that it’s perfect this way.
I have a question for you: Do you feel, eyes closed, how the people around you feel, what they want, what they despise, how they truly feel about you?
It’s safe to say that most of us do not.
And notice that I use the word “act”.
No worries, the fact that you are still reading means that there is still hope for you too.
You are, or you have been for a while, more or less, conscious about this.
In fact, I myself, I’m still in the process of discovering who I truly am. And that does also influence how people perceive me.
But…. I’ve come a long way! And I will share with you what I’ve learned, how to develop yourself in this perspective and what good it will bring you.
For now, let this sink in for a day or two and relax.
I will publish the second part of this blog very soon.
