1 - Knowing where you are now: Most people focus on the future or the past. Try focusing on where you are today, because today is the first day of your journey.
2 - Knowing where you want to get: Often people do not specify where they truly want to get. So why don’t you visualize yourself already being there, look around you and write down what it is that you see and feel over there. Make it real.
3 - Overcoming your fears. It is very common to ignore our fears. But when addressing them in the right way, you will overcome them and they will no longer bather you.
4 - And finally knowing how to get there: Starting to run fast is what most ambitious people do at first. Try focusing on what it is you need to do to reach your goal, prioritize and start at the beginning.
