With & About Contracts
What we delivered:
We organised our workshop at nice locations.
13 people attended our pilot in March 2016.
Those attending our workshop are young entrepreneurs, experienced entrepreneurs and employees that negotiate regularly contracts.
We kick off with some questions to get everyone's focus and start running through our program. We give participants plenty of time to ask questions or answer ours. The interaction is fun and very dynamic.
After the break we split them-up in teams of two then ask them to do a very interactive exercise that results in many questions and a-ha moments; this results in stepping out of the comfort zone and to get new perspective on things and learn a lot.
We conclude the workshop with valuable tips and tools that the participants can use in their daily work.
After that there is time for a drink and some networking.
Feedback from the participants:
End of 2015 Mihai Koman suggested that we team-up to organize this workshop. We had met a few times before at a networking event where I was giving feedback regarding body language and I had given him tips prior to his first pitch and feedback afterwards. (see picture)
Mihai's pitch two weeks later was an outstanding one.
So I decided to give it a shot and started meeting to discuss the how, what, when and where.
Simply put: our different backgrounds and experiences make our teaming up unique and powerful.
