Work Council and Management
It is unfortunately very common for Management and Work Council to be in a tense relationship.
This is mostly due to the belief that their interest differ. And this is reinforced by the pressure that both parties are under from shareholders on one hand and the employees on the other.
Are you tired of all those fights, false accusations, threats, requests denied for no clear reason, waste of time and far most the unhappiness of your employees and shareholders?
It can be a whole different ball game:
My personal experience is that a good and open relation between both parties often results in a healthy company with satisfied employees.
Learning new ways to communicate your wishes and goals will change the relation you have with one another and will influence the outcome of your negotiations and the satisfaction rate of those you represent.
Both current and hypothetical situations will be used to analyze, understand the mechanics, determine a possible change in strategy and for practicing.
To intensify the experience some of you will have to play the role of the other party to understand their way of thinking and their objectives.
I do not need to know everything about your business, I may even know nothing at all.
My coaching and training is primarily focused on you and and your negotiation partner.
It is very common to get stuck during negotiations. The interesting part is that at the core you both want the same. So a win-win is a very realistic goal.
I’ll help you discovering your mutual benefits and crucial needs that ill become the basis for your negotiations.
I use SIMBA to help you move forward.
What is SIMBA?
I focus on realigning the different elements that constitute your challenge.
Regardless of the subject. It can be related to yourself, your company, your team, your product, your service, your needs... It does not matter.
All of them are made out of different components that have different energies, yet they are connected to one another.
For those parts to interact properly they need to be aligned.
Therefore I developed the SIMBA method: Soul, Inner child, Mind & Body Alignment.
All the elements: Soul, Inner child, Mind and Body are present in everyone and in everything we create. We are not always aware of this.
What to do now?
Both the Work Council and the Management Team can ask for help. Ideally they would both do at the same time to reach an even better outcome.
Please note that True Strength is knowing when to ask for help.
Success is crucial to both, so Both the Work Council and the Management Team can decide to acquire the consultancy as they do both have a budget for training and development. Please contact your HR manager for more details.
