Who can you trust today?
With so much information coming from mainstream media, independent media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and countless other sources, it's becoming increasingly difficult to know what is true. Every day we hear new claims, revised histories and competing narratives. It's no surprise that more and more people are asking: What should I believe?
Lately, many people have been asking me exactly that. They come across information that challenges what they have believed for years, whether it's about recent events, World War II or even much older history. Their question is always the same: If this isn't true, then what is?
Some people describe our current time as an information war, and there is certainly truth in that description. More information is becoming available than ever before. Corruption, lies and hidden agendas are being discussed openly. At the same time, many documents are released only partially, leaving people wondering what is still being hidden. Rather than creating clarity, this often creates even more confusion.
This is why I believe we should be careful not to blindly trust any single source. That applies not only to mainstream media but also to independent media. Every source has its own perspective, assumptions and limitations.

So how do we navigate this?
For me, the answer is to go inward.
Learn to listen to your own inner voice, your intuition, your deeper knowing. That inner guidance helps you recognise what is truly important for you instead of getting lost in endless debates about events that may have little impact on your own life.
Personally, whether a particular public figure appears in certain documents or not is less important than many people think. My sense of justice hopes that wrongdoing is exposed where necessary, but at the same time I also try to look at life from a broader perspective. I believe we are souls temporarily experiencing life on Earth. From that perspective, many events become part of a much bigger journey of learning and growth.
When we become too attached to every headline, every historical debate or every new theory, we risk losing sight of what actually matters. We can spend hours arguing about who built the pyramids, exactly how historical events unfolded or who deserves credit for certain moments in history. These can be fascinating discussions, but we should also ask ourselves a simple question:

Does knowing this improve my life today?
Most of us cannot change world events on our own. What we can influence is how we treat the people around us, the choices we make, our families, our communities and our own personal development.
That is where our attention creates the greatest impact.
Focus on where you are today. Focus on your relationships. Focus on your wellbeing. Focus on the life you are building.
If, at some point, you feel stuck and need direction, don't be afraid to ask for help. Throughout my own life there have been moments when my mind was so busy that I struggled to hear my own inner guidance. Having someone help me reconnect with that deeper wisdom made all the difference.
This is also one of the services I offer. Through Soul Answers sessions, I help people connect with the guidance of their own soul when they find it difficult to hear it themselves. Often this becomes the catalyst for profound transformation. Once people hear what they truly need to hear, they become calmer, gain clarity and eventually learn to reconnect with that inner guidance on their own.
My goal has never been to create dependency. It is to help people become more independent, more connected with themselves and more confident in navigating their own lives.
So rather than asking, "Who should I believe?", perhaps a better question is:
"What truly matters for my life right now?"
When you begin asking that question, your attention naturally shifts away from endless noise and towards meaningful action.
And that is where real transformation begins.
