Stress Management & Prevention TrainingThis training gives you simple, fast, real-life tools to reduce stress, protect your energy, and feel more centered, even when life around you is chaotic. You don’t need spiritual experience. You don’t need hours of meditation. These techniques work in just a few minutes per day.
What You Will LearnWhether your stress comes from work, relationships, family, or simply being around intense or emotional people… this training helps you stay grounded, calm, clear, and protected.
During each module, I will teach you different techniques. You wil practice them all so that you can discover which ones work best for you.
Session 1
Module 1: Grounding – Finding Stability When Life Feels Too Much
Learn how to feel centered, present, and safe in your body.
You will learn practical grounding techniques that reduce anxiety, bring clarity, and help you stay composed during difficult conversations, work pressure, or emotional moments. Module 2: Cleaning – Releasing All the Stress You Carry
Discover easy and fast methods to release tension, emotional heaviness, and built-up stress.
These techniques clear your mind, relax your body, and help you let go of what you absorb from others. Session 2
Module 3: Recharging – Restoring Your Energy & Preventing Burnout
Learn how to refill your energy when experiencing low levels of it.
You will recognize early signs of overwhelm and know exactly what to do before it escalates. Module 4: Shielding – Protecting Your Energy & Staying Focused
Learn how to create a healthy energetic boundary so you stop absorbing the stress, emotions, and negativity of others.
This is especially helpful if you’re sensitive, empathetic, or around intense people. After this session you will have the "Implementation Phase", a total of 3 more weeks to practice the different techniques and integrate them in your dily life. Session 3
Module 5: Integration & Mastery (3 weeks after session 2)
A live (online) follow-up session is included to support your integration.
