June 2025 Energy Update
Another Year of Craziness, Another Year of Change
June 2025 dawns on a world that looks like it’s caught fire—but that doesn’t mean it’s burning us up. In fact, beneath the headlines of “more war,” “global warming doom,” and “economic collapse,” something else is happening: exposure. Darkness is simply getting illuminated. Lies and conspiracies that were once hidden in shadow are now surfacing in broad daylight. This is our invitation: we can choose to stay trapped in fear (anger, division, judgment), or we can pivot into higher vibration—love, community, unity.
I’m Limrat, and in this unscripted session, I’ll show you how to do just that: how to tap into more joy, more connection, and more genuine abundance—even while “everything feels crazy.” I’ll share real examples from the front-line: helping Ukrainian refugees in Romania, building community through shared meals, and witnessing firsthand how old systems crumble so new, balanced ones can rise. Ready? Let’s dive in.

The State of 2025: More Clarity, Not More War
You might ask, “Isn’t there more war now than ever?” Actually, no—there’s only more visibility of war. It’s not that fighting has increased linearly; it’s that media exposure has amplified. This year is about exposure: lies of yesterday are being forced into daylight. Conspiracies are being proven true. Truth is crushing deception, one revelation at a time. Yes, that can feel chaotic. Yes, it can stoke fear. But remember: when you shine a light on darkness, it has nowhere to hide. That’s good news.
In the same way, our personal wounds, resentments, and patterns—when brought into the light—lose their power. You may still see scary headlines, but your job is to choose where to place your attention.
Unscripted Insights: Flowing with the Moment
This video isn’t prewritten from start to finish. I have bullet points on the screen, but the rest is channeled. Why? Because true “energy updates” don’t come from a script—they come from being present with you, your energy, and the moment. If you focus only on fear-based headlines, you’ll miss the hidden opportunities. I want you to begin paying attention to how little time you can afford to spend in lower vibrations (fear, division, judgment) and how much more time you can invest in higher vibrations (love, unity, cooperation).
Low vs. High Vibration: Fear, Anger, and Real Strength
In our 3D world, two main energies exist: love and fear. Everything negative is rooted in fear—anger, blame, scarcity thinking. Here’s how to notice it:
- Anger = fear. A person who is truly powerful doesn’t need to yell or scold. They don’t fear losing.
- When you’re stuck in anger, you’re afraid you won’t get what you want; you’re afraid you won’t survive without it.
- If you shift into love/abundance energy, you trust you’ll always receive what you truly need. That is real abundance.
When someone says, “I want a big house, a big car, fame, more money, more friends,” you can sense the fear-based scarcity: “I’m afraid I won’t be enough unless I have all these things.” In truth, people in a high-vibe space attract exactly what they need—often far more than they wanted. You aren’t just manifesting “wants”; you’re cultivating trust that you’ll never be without the essentials of life. That trust is the real definition of abundance—far beyond any dictionary or Google result (which are all written from fear-based perspectives).
Education from Fear vs. Education from Love
Notice how most of “traditional education” still teaches from fear: “If you don’t memorize these facts, you’ll fail the test. If you fail the test, you’ll be a loser. You may not pass the grade. You may not get a job—maybe you’ll have no roof over your head.” Everyone who’s sat through a standardized exam knows that vibe.
In a love-based educational paradigm, you’d ask:
In a love-based educational paradigm, you’d ask:
- “How can I be a good person in this world?”
- “How can I contribute to the community so everyone thrives?”
- “How can I learn cooperation instead of cutthroat competition?”
Whether it’s your village, your city, or the entire planet, love-based learning focuses on service and cohesion, not fear and failure.
Choosing Focus Amid Global “Fear Mongering”
You’ve probably heard: “Russia will invade all of Europe. China will invade Taiwan. America and China will be at war by 2030. North Korea will launch nukes. The world is doomed by climate change. We’re all going to die.” That is all fear-based programming.
Pause. Assess: The majority of people will not die this year or next—even if wars continue. Unless you personally live in a war zone with zero escape route, you don’t need to bathe your mind in “death and destruction” headlines every hour. Instead:
Pause. Assess: The majority of people will not die this year or next—even if wars continue. Unless you personally live in a war zone with zero escape route, you don’t need to bathe your mind in “death and destruction” headlines every hour. Instead:
- Focus on your sphere of influence—your family, your street, your city.
- Notice the good that’s happening behind the scenes.
- When Ukraine refugees flooded Romania (and many other European nations), local citizens opened their homes, volunteered, taught language classes, and helped them rebuild. That is the flip side of “doom.” The media rarely highlights that side, but it’s real.
Helping Refugees in Romania & Beyond
From spring 2022 through spring 2023, I volunteered full-time to support Ukrainian refugees who fled across the Romanian border. Many of them arrived in shock: six months of living in constant fear left them physically trembling the first time they sat in a guided meditation circle.
I ran workshops on relaxation, stress release, and grounding—often eight sessions a week for a full year. People who had spent months trapped in fear felt safe enough, for the first time, to breathe. They screamed tears, they shook, they laughed when they realized how tense they’d lived. Over time, they stepped into new roles:
- Some rebuilt careers, started small businesses, or resumed their studies.
- Women in abusive relationships seized the opportunity to exit—and discovered personal freedom.
- Others learned to dance again, which became their outlet for joy and stress relief.
Across Europe, volunteers brought in clothing, food, language lessons, and jobs. Restaurants offered discounts. Landlords rented out apartments at charitable rates. Even though some profiteers raised rents, many more landlords said, “Take the extra funds to support your family members still trapped back home.” Schoolteachers offered free courses so children could catch up.
The result? Many refugees report having a better life now than before the war. They joke, “Thank you, Putin, for forcing us to change!” They found courage they didn’t know they had and turned fear into opportunity. This, right here, shows why focusing on the good is far more important than feeding the fire of fear.
Rebuilding Lives in Crisis: From Trauma to Opportunity
When entire systems collapse—governments, economies, social structures—a vacuum forms. That vacuum can become chaos, or it can become fertile ground for something new. Certainly, capitalism and “fake democracy” have proven extremely corrupt. The global financial system is a giant bubble, doomed to burst (again). We saw it in 2008, the early ’70s, and the late ’80s. Now? It’s brewing for an even bigger transformation.
We have three choices when a system unravels:
We have three choices when a system unravels:
- Lament: “It’s all over. Everything is ruined.”
- Panic: “I’ll grab whatever I can before it collapses.”
- Create: “Great—this is my chance to build something more balanced, more communal, less greed-driven.”
If you pick Option 3, you will thrive. You will join or form a community of like-minded people:
- Volunteer to collect food from restaurants, supermarkets, or distributors who have surplus.
- Deliver it to those in need—especially in countries like the Netherlands, where the food bank has been the fastest-growing “business” in one of the richest nations.
- Offer classes on stress relief, meditation, or new skills (coding, language, cooking).
- Form “wellness circles” or “healing pods” in your neighborhood so everyone has at least one place to go when fear hits.
This shift from “me-first” to “we-together” is how you prepare for 2025 and beyond. It’s how a “new system” is born from the ashes of the old.
Building Community: Volunteering, Food Banks & Beyond
In Romania, I partnered with local associations to pick up foods nearing expiration day from shops and distributors. We loaded vans with bread, fruits, and vegetables and drove them to families who’d lost everything. The first time I walked into a shelter and handed a trembling mother a warm loaf of bread, I realized: This is how love becomes action.
Meanwhile, dozens of neighbors opened spare rooms, turning single flats into homes for four, five, six people—charging only enough to cover utilities. Volunteers launched language classes within days: “You must adapt to rebuild your life.” They taught jobs skills, offered free childcare, and helped refugees find housing and work.
The result? Many of those families now have permanent jobs, stable apartments, and a sense of agency. They say: “This crisis forced me to discover my own strengths I never knew existed.” That is the power of community in a crisis.
Focusing on the Positive: Zooming Out for Perspective
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by horror headlines: “Iran-Iraq tensions,” “China-US trade wars,” “Total global warming catastrophe.” When you let your energy sink into that fear, you become depressed. Your body aches, your mind spirals. Instead:
- Zoom out to see the soul-level perspective. There’s a bigger story at play: the collective awakening that finally shines light on what’s been hidden.
- Know that compassion doesn’t require naiveté. You can still feel for the people genuinely suffering while refusing to let fear control your life.
- Ask: “What can I do in my sphere of influence?” If a neighbour is hungry, give them a meal. If a friend is stressed, share a guided meditation.
When you operate from love, you don’t just survive—you uplift everyone around you. Fear turns people into isolated buckets of panic. Love turns them into rivers of resourcefulness.
Soul-Level Perspective: Ukraine & Corruption
Let’s face it: Ukraine’s chaos didn’t start overnight. Corruption has been papering over broken systems for years. The West, Eastern Europe, and parts of Africa and the Middle East have benefited from keeping corruption alive—so that resources are exploited, and people remain easy to control. But a system reliant on corruption cannot continue forever.
For Ukraine (or any nation) to rise from the ashes, its people must stand in honesty, truth, and integrity. External powers—more weapons, more sanctions—won’t fix it. The change must come from the grassroots: neighborhood watch groups, volunteer committees, community elders mediating disputes, and citizens holding leadership accountable.
When a country’s population shifts from “greed or fear” to “collaboration and respect,” healing begins. This isn’t just political rhetoric—it’s a soul-level truth: corruption thrives when people remain silent. If you speak up, even in small ways (report bribery, vote for honest candidates, volunteer for ethics councils), you weaken the old system.
The Art of Listening: Resolving Conflict Through Understanding
In 2022, a corporate conflict at my workplace nearly tore a team apart. People were arguing fiercely—until I realized they actually wanted the same outcome, but used different words. By literally translating each party’s concerns to the other, I diffused tension in five minutes. Suddenly, they realized they were allies, not enemies.
That’s the power of listening. It’s not about waiting for your turn to speak. It’s about:
- Hearing what the other person means beyond their words.
- Translating that meaning in neutral language so both sides feel understood.
- Adapting your own stance, because what you wanted to say often changes when you truly understand the other person’s fear or need.
In a world drowning in “us vs. them,” political bickering, and tribalism, listening can be a radical act of love. Start in your own family, your friend group, your workplace, or your local community. Notice how quickly conflicts dissolve when someone says, “I see you.”
Counteracting Division: From Head to Heart
Media, politicians, social platforms—they profit from division. They tell you to hate “those people” because of religion, ethnicity, income, diet, or political affiliation. But all of that is illusory—a game of energetic puppetry. If you live from your heart center instead of your head center, you realize we’re all human beings seeking love, safety, and purpose.
Heart-based actions:
- When you scroll through toxic news, pause. Take three deep breaths. Move your hand to your heart. Invite compassion instead of outrage.
- Ask yourself: “How can I support healing rather than sparking fear?”
- Let the energy of empathy become your compass.
Celebrate Wins—Big and Small: The Joy Virus
When you help someone, watch them thrive. That feeling in your gut—that bubble of warmth—is pure joy. Celebrate it. Maybe it’s a neighbor who finally found a job, an old friend who overcame addiction, or your own small step of volunteering.
- Even a five-dollar donation can be celebrated.
- Even cooking one extra meal for a friend can be celebrated.
- Even smiling at a stranger deserves celebration.
Joy is contagious—the best “virus” in the world. When you crack a joke to lighten a workshop, you break tension; people realize how ridiculous their own seriousness was. That moment of laughter dissolves fear, if only for an instant. Those fleeting moments compound into lasting transformation.
Shared Meals as Shared Energy: The Power of Eating Together
Food isn’t just nutrition; it’s energy. When you eat while stressed, your body treats food like poison. When you eat in love and gratitude, food becomes healing medicine. That’s why, in many cultures, the most sacred rituals revolve around sharing bread and wine (or rice and tea).
- Years ago, I lived alone and discovered I didn’t enjoy cooking for one.
- I invited friends over, and suddenly cooking for others became a joy. We spent four-hour evenings chopping vegetables, sharing stories, sipping tea, and laughing.
- Some nights, we’d cook a full meal—others, we’d simply order in. But we always ate together. The community feeling nourished us more than any recipe ever could.
I urge you:
- Invite someone to cook with you, even if it’s just once a month.
- Sit at the same table—no phones, no distractions—so you can savor not just the food but the shared energy.
- Notice how those simple rituals uplift your mood, deepen relationships, and ignite creativity.
Traditions of Togetherness: Cooking, Dining, and Community
A friend and I met twice a year to cook large lunches, then spend the afternoon gaming. The cooking and eating were the most important parts—we prioritized them over the games. The “game time” was just icing on the cake. Why? Because togetherness is the foundation of well-being. When you laugh over chopping onions, you bond. When you sit together, you breathe together. That synergy can’t be replicated solo.
Conclusion—Inspire, Adapt, Celebrate
June 2025 may look chaotic, but it is merely a renaissance in disguise. When fear-based systems collapse—capitalism as we know it, fake democracy, corrupt power structures--new systems arise organically. People who volunteer to feed the hungry, teach a child to read, or mediate a family argument are the true architects of tomorrow.
You have a choice: feed fear, or feed love.
- Don’t let the news drown you.
- Focus on your sphere of influence—where you can plant seeds of change.
- Celebrate small wins daily.
- Share meals, share laughter, share compassion.
If you do this, you won’t just survive 2025; you’ll flourish. May your heart lead you, may your community sustain you, and may your celebrations become the “joy virus” that uplifts the world.
