Things Are Intensifying Again

When Everything Feels Too Much: Navigating Intensity in a Shifting World
Have you been feeling more tired than usual, even after a full night’s sleep? Maybe you're waking up sore, mentally foggy, or emotionally reactive—and you can't quite figure out why. You're not alone.
We're in an intense time. Transformation is happening everywhere--globally, physically, energetically. It’s more than just political unrest or a stressful job. There’s something bigger at play. And while the world outside seems to shake and spin, we’re all feeling it inside too.
In this post, I want to offer a perspective on what’s going on, how I’ve been navigating it, and what you can actually do to ground yourself through the chaos.
What’s Really Going On?
From what I’ve seen, felt, and heard from many others, we are experiencing a massive energetic shift.
Solar activity is at an extreme peak. Scientists have measured it--our sun is hitting record levels of energetic output. But it’s not just the sun. Our solar system has entered a higher-frequency region of space, amplifying everything.
What does that mean for us?
We are electromagnetic beings. Just like solar flares affect satellites and electronics, they affect us--our sleep, mood, memory, digestion, and emotional balance.
If you’ve been feeling:
- Unexplained body pain or tension
- Emotional overwhelm or sudden fatigue
- Sleeplessness even when you're tired
- Longing to avoid the next day
- Random resurfacing of old wounds
…it’s not just you. It’s all of us.
Why Things Are So Intense Right Now
The world isn’t just changing--it’s cleansing.
Systems built on lies, fear, and corruption are crumbling. That includes politics, religion, business, and even the stories we tell ourselves. At first, it looks like everything’s getting worse. But in truth, it’s being exposed so it can heal.
And that healing? It begins with us.
Yes, the global scene is wild. But it’s also personal. We’re being invited to clear what’s no longer aligned in our own lives--emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.
This can feel like being hit by a wave of fatigue or like being stretched too thin. But it’s part of a larger shift. One that ultimately leads us home--to ourselves.
So What Can You Do?
Here’s what’s been working for me--and for others walking through the same fire:
1. Ground in the Body (Daily)
We need physical anchors. I regularly go outside, place my palms on a tree, and breathe. Just 20 seconds of touch and intentional breathing is enough to release static tension.
Other options:

Other options:
- Walk barefoot if possible
- Work with soil or plants
- Lay your hand on your chest and breathe
2. Micro-Meditations (Even 3 Minutes Helps)
I used to hate meditation. I thought I wasn’t patient enough. What changed? I found a way that works for me.
Just three minutes:

Just three minutes:
- Breathe in through your nose
- Hold for a moment
- Breathe out through your mouth
- Repeat slowly and mindfully
3. Focus on What You Do Want
Most of us know what we don’t want. That’s okay. Start there. Make a list of what no longer works for you--then flip it.

- If you’re exhausted by toxic jobs, what would a nourishing job feel like?
- If you feel unseen in relationships, what does being seen mean to you?
4. Create Calm Through Action
Sometimes the mind needs rest, but the body needs movement. For me, cleaning the house or repairing things helps. I’ll do the dishes, vacuum, reorganize rooms--anything that gives me structure.
My partner loves gardening, and I support that. A friend of mine finds joy in building things from old computer parts. The point is: engage your hands, calm your mind.
Pick something that you enjoy. Keep it simple, keep it embodied.

5. Don’t Go Through This Alone
Connection matters. One of the most healing things I did during the pandemic was run a weekly online circle with friends. We meditated, shared honestly, practiced grounding together. Sometimes one of us was down--and the group helped lift them up.
Now, I’m bringing this back. Starting May 19, I’m launching a long-term support group--live weekly Zoom sessions for 6 or 12 months.

- Each week starts with meditation
- Every two weeks we explore a deep topic
- We share, learn, and grow together
Zoom Out, But Stay Real
At some point, I realized: if we were watching our world right now as a TV show, we’d laugh at how crazy it is. So I do that. I zoom out.
I picture myself hovering above Earth, popcorn in hand, watching the drama unfold. It helps me detach, stay calm, and keep perspective. Because honestly, so much of what we argue about is miscommunication--or just old programming.
Zooming out doesn’t mean tuning out. It means observing without drowning. It means choosing peace when chaos invites war.

You’re Not Alone in This
We’re all being shaken, reshaped, and stretched right now. That’s not a flaw in the process--it is the process.
You’re not broken. You’re not weak. You’re not behind.
You’re being invited to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters.
So take the break. Do the breathing. Plant something. Fix something. Clean something. Laugh at the absurdity. And let yourself be surprised by the strength and clarity that show up when you do.
You’ve come a long way. You’ve survived so much.
And you’re still here.
Keep going.
