Times can be tough. There's a lot happening in the world. Mother Nature may not seem to be helping, weather, earthquakes, fires, volcanoes. So, it can be really difficult to stay focused, to make the right choices, to have the feeling that you know where you're going, or being able to see the direction you need to go.
Staying self-centered, staying calm, staying relaxed, not getting mad, frustrated, scared, or freaking out about what's happening or what's about to happen, can be really difficult.
So what's the solution?
Well, for the last several years, I've been uploading videos where I share things we can do, things I've learned from my personal experience. And there are a lot of things we can do. They do not need to be difficult or time-consuming. But we need to do them.
And this can be difficult when you're already feeling like you're at your limit.
So how do we stick to a certain rhythm, to some structure in our lives that helps us stay in the here and now, be focused, and do what we really need to do?
Maybe we really need certain answers so that we can make a choice, because we're standing at a crossroad, and we need to choose where to go.
Well, I do offer different services. Services that can help you.
Some people need a mentor. Some people need a coach.
The difference?
A mentor helps you on your way, gives you some feedback, shares some experiences.
A coach helps you with a specific problem to resolve, a wound to heal.
And sometimes, we're really looking for answers we cannot find.
For that, I can help you connect with your soul to get the answers that you're looking for, or better said, the answers that you need to hear in the moment you ask them.
Because sometimes we're looking for answers, but we're not asking the right question. Especially if you ask it from here (your head).
What the soul does is look at your full situation and say: This is what you need to hear today.
And I do provide this service as well. I call it Soul Answers. Some people really want to have a structure, and therefore they choose to meet with me every week for Ground and Go, which gives an anchor point. An anchor point with a short meditation, with some practical exercises. Learning something new about yourself. Learning some new tools that you can actually use.
We address different subjects. Often, I feel what's at play in the moment. And this also connects to questions people ask.
Trying to do everything by yourself can sound super cool. It’s good for the ego.
But in reality, asking for help is a smart thing to do.
If you look at all the successful people in the world, they all have had help. They all have asked for help.
When it comes to business, people have mentors, one or sometimes two. When it comes to overcoming difficulties, obstacles, problems, challenges, people go to someone who is officially or unofficially labeled a coach.
A coach could be just a parent or a very good friend. But if you don’t have somebody in your circle who can help you overcome an obstacle or deal with an event that really affected you, then a coach can help.
It’s the smart people who ask for help, and the dumb people who believe that asking for help is a weakness and that they should do everything by themselves.
So… are you dumb, or are you smart?

Well, I recorded a video on that. You’ll find it on my YouTube. But in short, I’m straight to the point. I work intuitively, which means that my soul speaks through me. You will hear from me what you need to hear in that moment.
I will ask you the questions that you are not asking yourself, or maybe have been running away from. But by answering these questions, you get more space in your life. You get more light. You can move forward.
Yes, sometimes it can be a bit challenging. But it’s always helping you get to a better place.
And it’s that little bit of courage that will help you get where you really want to get.
