Today I want to share something important. Everything going on in the world—on the world stage, in your community, even in your personal life—can feel overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. There are real tools that can help you navigate all of it without losing your center.
For over 20 years now, I’ve been practicing and teaching a set of tools that have helped me stay balanced—even in stressful times. Do I still experience stress? Of course. I have moments of tension. But I come back to my center much faster than I used to. I sleep peacefully. I don’t lie awake worrying about what’s happening in the world. That’s a gift—and one you can learn too.
I remember, over two decades ago, meeting someone who stayed incredibly calm—even when things got stressful. I admired that. I wished I had even half of that person’s calmness. Today, I’ve reached my own version of that state. I’m not a copy of him, but I’ve cultivated a deep calm. Sometimes, it even annoys people around me—they think my calm means I don’t care. But I’ve learned that stress never helped me. Calmness always did.

Quick Meditations That Shift You
One of the first tools I learned was short meditation. Not 20 minutes, not even 5. Just 3 minutes—or even 20 seconds. These micro-meditations changed everything. I’d use them before meetings, when I felt tension, before recording a video. Just 30 seconds to center myself—and boom, I was back.

Grounding & Energetic Protection
Then I discovered grounding. First, physically—walking barefoot, touching a tree trunk, walking slowly and mindfully. Later, I learned energetic grounding—a game changer. I also learned to shield myself in crowded spaces. Going to a supermarket used to drain me. But now, I ground, clean, and shield. No more headaches. And if I forget? Life reminds me with a headache. That’s how I know these tools really work.
A Weekly Practice Space
Now, I teach these techniques in a 6- or 12-month program. Each week, we meet. You get to recenter. You learn. You ask questions. I guide you. We practice together. It’s not just training—it’s community support. Especially during dark times, like the lockdowns, having that weekly connection kept me going. We lift each other up. We grow together.

Channeling Your Soul
I also teach channeling. Not from aliens or spirits—but from your own soul. Everyone can channel. It just takes practice. Most of us don’t hear our soul because our mind is always too loud. But with meditation and presence, the mind quiets—and then the inner voice comes through.
Some people hear it. Some see images. Others just “know.” Some start writing automatically. However your soul speaks to you, you can learn to listen.
Private Soul Sessions
I also offer 20-minute private channeling sessions. You bring a question. I connect to your soul and relay what it wants you to hear. I’m just a translator. Eventually, you won’t need me—you’ll be able to do it yourself. But in the meantime, I’m here if you need a new perspective or a deeper message.

Trauma Work: Going to the Root
I help people heal trauma—both sexual and non-sexual. We don’t just work on symptoms. We go to the root source. That’s where true healing happens. When the root wound is cleared, the pain often dissolves completely—or becomes much easier to live with.
Sexual trauma is a specialty of mine, not only because of my own history, but because I’ve seen how prevalent it is. You don’t have to be physically assaulted to carry trauma. It can stem from a comment, a look, a moment. I help people release that pain and return to wholeness.

Lifting Blockages, Finding Purpose
Many people have blockages—emotional or energetic—and don’t know why. We go together to the source and release it. That unlocks your flow. It allows you to find your purpose—which evolves over time. Who you are today may not be who you were 10 years ago, and certainly won’t be who you are 10 years from now.
