10 Important Things You Should Keep In Mind When Having A Bath

1- Don't Shower Immediately After Exercising: Working out rises body temperature, If you take a bath right after, you may catch a cold. 2- Don't Use Too Much Soap: The excessive usage of soap will leave your skin dry and lifeless. Reserve it for the parts that really need it... 3- Hair Conditioning: Chemicals in shampoo extract the natural oil of the hair. It's important to take proper care by moisturizing it with a good conditioner to have shiny hair and prevent split ends. |
4- Don't Over-scrub:
Don't do it to hard or to often. Never more than once a week. It will ruin your skin and it can lead to skin infections. 5- Be Careful With The Loofah/Scrubber/Washcloth: If the scrubber doesn't dry properly between uses, beware! While it's damp it breeds bacteria that can cause skin allergies, itching, or even a staphylococcus infection! Actually, a good soap and your hands are enough. If you MUST use it, always remember to rinse it and let it dry. |
6- Don't Leave The Towel On:
Leaving the hair towel on for too long will dry your skin and cause hair loss. 7- Anti-Bacterial Soap And Deodorant: Putting on deodorant immediately after having a bath may cause itching, flakiness and even dry skin because of the chemicals in it. And anti bacterial soap shouldn't be used for a bath. |
8- Moisturize Right Away: Don't wait for more than 3 minutes after coming out of the shower. It may lead to skin moisture loss, causing cracks that leave the body more exposed to bacteria and infections. 9- Don't! Never wax or shave before the bath. It increases the size of the pores, and leads to dull skin. |
10- Using salt:
Bath: Put 1 to 2 mugs of salt in a bathtub full of warm water. Lay down for 10 to 20 minutes. Then rinse off the salt. No need to use soap after this, unless u feel that some part of your body really need to be cleaned with soap. Shower: If showering, fill a bucket with warm water an 1 mug of salt. After you finish washing with soap, poor the salt water over your body. You can use a plastic container or a saucepan. Then rinse the salt off. Important:
