- Digital services include, but are not limited to, all digital content provided by intuitiv.me on websites, pages and groups on social media platforms. Examples are, but not restricted to, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Physical services are physical products supplied by intuitiv.me or by its subcontractors.
- Interpersonal services are the services supplied by intuitiv.me, its subcontractors and Lotfi M'Rad.
Use of Digital Services:

The content supplied by intuitiv.me is owned by intuitiv.me unless otherwise specified. Therefore non of the content shall be shared with others outside the group unless explicit approval has been provided in writing.

Requesting Services:
By requesting services you agree to all the terms and conditions of intuitiv.me as stated in this document.
Agreements:
By entering into an agreement with intuitiv.me, you agree to all terms and conditions as stated in this document as well as what is stated in the contract if one is available.
Client must sign an agreement on paper or digitally by clearly stating that you agree to the content of the contract.
Failing to comply by the client, you, will result in the immediate termination of the agreement without any refund.

- A document titled Offer, Contract or Agreement. An Addendum can also be included and needs to be separately signed.
- An email where the client clearly states that he agrees to the terms of the agreement or the Addendum.
Basic Rules:
Basic rules that apply when entering into an agreement with intuitiv.me .
- Payments are due upfront and withing the agreed time-frame.
- When attending a group event (for example but not limited to workshop, seminar, training) the client is expected to respect all other participants, this includes their expressions and opinions.
- When attending a group event all of the content is owned by intuitiv.me unless otherwise specified. Therefore non of the content shall be shared with others outside the group unless explicit approval has been provided in writing.
- Offers do apply when all terms are fulfilled.
- Combining 2 offers is not possible unless specifically mentioned.
- Information (for the purpose of registration, contractual terms, pricing or other aspect related to the cooperation) needs to be accurate and all questions need to be answered truthfully.
- Late cancellations (exact terms differ per product and will be specified) may result in missing the session or workshop without refund and agreed payment are still due.
Contracts :
Contracts contain clearly the way of cooperation, the services to be delivered as well as the obligations of the client. They may refer to another document for more details.
If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions on this page and the terms and conditions stated in the contract, the terms and conditions stated in the contract supersede the general terms and conditions on this page and are therefore binding.
A contract will include but is not limited to the following: Specifying who the client is, the amount to pay, the specifics of the services to provide, the obligations of the client, eventual penalties, restrictions and limitations.
