We all have moments when we need to talk things through with someone who listens, understands and most of all who does not judge. We are all born with gifts, things we are naturally very good at. How will you get there?When requesting my services for a private session or coaching plan, you have a goal in mind. This can be anything from dealing with a very precise problem to learning how to deal with obstacles in general, or from personal growth to processing a traumatic event.
In all cases I do focus on the root source of the issue at hand and this may be different from what you initially thought. We will find it together. And I will be guiding you and teaching you in the art of dealing with it and implementing the changes you desire.
Even small events and experiences that seem futile to you, or that you have forgotten about, can have a significant impact later on in your life.
Using my strong intuition I will guide you in either reaching the root source of the obstacle, or discovering the source of a power that you have inside you and that you are not yet fully utilizing. One of my goals is to help my clients become independent and harness their inner power.
SIMBA * plays here an important role: I do apply it literally: the Soul, Inner child, Mind and Body Alignment.
* SIMBA:When utilizing SIMBA the focus is on realigning the different elements that constitute you and your challenge.
Most things in life can be visualized as a system or a mechanism composed of different elements. For a system or a mechanism to function properly its composing elements need to be correctly aligned. Therefore I developed the SIMBA method: Soul, Inner child, Mind & Body Alignment. Lets look at a human being for example: if any of the following, the Soul, Inner child, Mind or Body is not aligned with the others, then that person will experience difficulties in leading a balanced and pleasant life. You probably heard the saying " A healthy mind in a healthy body". Well, that's just the tip of the iceberg. In working with me we go much further!!! We can do this in English, Nederlands & Français. Mein Deutsch is a bit rusty at the moment.
Number of sessions and pricing:Some do choose to have a single session as they have a simple issue to resolve.
A package of 5 sessions is more efficient to actually reach your goal. It's one thing to know what to change and another thing to actually change things in your life, especially applying changes to your daily life. 5 sessions, usually one every other week, help you also during the implementation phase of your solution & changes. It is both my personal experience and that of my clients that I base this on. You can choose to take an additional package or a mentoring package to help you for a longer period of time to help you in your integration process.
