We've been taught to copy others, to be like others... Why? Aren't we good enough ourselves?
Well I do strongly believe that we are good enough ourselves. I've discovered this about myself and so can you!
My way of "teaching" is the following:

- I share my views and perspective on things
- I share one or several ways of doing something
- I encourage you to try things out and find out what's best for you, what works best for you, what you resonate most with.
For example:
When I teach a course, I encourage you to try things out, the different methods, and then to find your unique way to do things. This can be by combining aspects of the different techniques or adapting one of them to match your unique way of being.
