Hurting others because you got hurt, or enjoying to see that others get hurt too is a sad thing. It means you need help yourself to heal your wounds. ![]() I just came across a post glorifying that a whole village was beating up a man for being a child rapist.
How do you feel about that? How do you feel about that man, what he did and what people are doing to him? I just came across a post glorifying that a whole village was beating up a man for being a child rapist.
How do you feel about that? How do you feel about that man, what he did and what people are doing to him? When someone rapes or assaults a someone, and adult or a child, then this person is sick. Would you start beating your old grandparents for behaving radically?
What these people need is care, just like anyone else who does disturbing things. Look at the USA: the country with the highest incarceration rates of the west (both numbers and percentages). Did it solve anything? No.
And just F.Y.I. No one sane would hurt another person. Those who do have had their share of trauma and never got to heal that. And everyone reacts differently to trauma. And the very definition of trauma is that people can not control how it manifests.
I myself was sexually assaulted at the age of 7 by an old man. I was also the victim of many physical assaults by different children and even adults throughout my youth.
It impacted my life in ways I wish to no one. But I was lucky to meet the right people who guided me and helped me resolve my traumas. Punishing me for bad behavior would only have been throwing gasoline on my fire of hate.
Revenge has never resolved anything neither has it made anyone ever feel better in the long term. What we need is more helping and less punishing, more love less hate. And as you know hate comes from fear.
The current system is a for profit system. There is always someone profiting from bad thing that are happening. More law enforcement officers means more uniforms, more equipment, more buildings, me consumption. More prisons means some one is going to make money from all that is needed to run them. It's like all those painkillers that people are consuming. Do they really solve any problems? No, they do maybe solve temporarily the symptoms. But the source, the real problems are rarely been taken care of. Have you ever wondered why are there rapists, murderers and all other kind of unwanted people int his world? When we are born we are so sweet and gentle.
How did someone go from that to becoming a rapist? How did you yourself go from that to behaving badly towards someone? Just take a moment to see how easily each of us crosses into the not so nice behavior. We all do it and how do we get there? Often its a small thing that gets us out of balance. So imagine when something big hits you. ![]() 27-07-2019
I just got accused of being a child rapist and having children chained-up in a basement because I reacted to this post. I asked if this was really the way to go? I elaborated of the fact that most child molesters have been molested themselves during their childhood. We live in a world where the rule of the jungle is still been advocated by many, including policy makers and politicians. We should really work on solving problems at their root instead of fighting symptoms. It's the only constructive way forward. We should really work on solving problems at their root instead of fighting symptoms. All that happened in my life made me who I am today and also what I do:
- I'm a strong man. - I do help people heal their traumas, including sexual traumas. - I do help people resolve problems related to their sexuality. - I do many more things that help people be happy and free. I am a better and stronger person thanks to what I experienced throughout my file.
