Masterclass
Romanian-American University, Bucharest
25-04-2016 / 16:30-20:00
A few days earlier professor George Ionescu called me and asked me if I would like to replace him on the following Monday as he had to travel.
We had discussed business and entrepreneurship previously and noted that we are on the same page. He then asked me if I was interested in sharing my experience during a few Masterclasses or in front of the master’s degree students (Economics) of the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.
So that Monday I drove to the University building where his assistant and Lecturer of finance and tax Ruxandra Vilag received me. Ruxandra helped me to get set up and then joined the class.

I had 4,5 hours at my disposal. In order to keep the students sharp during the whole course I chose to make the class very interactive.
I started every chapter by asking mostly open questions. The students were challenged and had a great evening while learning a lot. Their feedback was very positive.
The students were of the master’s degree economics and a few from the 4th year bachelor. They represented many countries of the EMEA region.
