Workshops:
The great advantage of a workshop is that you'll learn not only from your own challenges, but also benefit from other people’s experiences.
In my experience when being in a workshop the participants do connect among them and with me, then a feeling of security gets created. This makes it possible to interact freely and address all subjects.

Private sessions:
It is of course also possible to choose to have one on one sessions.
All the focus will be on you and your challenges. This may help you to discuss more intimate issues that you do not feel comfortable talking about in a group. This will of course be at a higher rate as I can only help one person at a time.
A combination of both, the private session and joining in a workshop, is also possible and may offer you even more value.
It is of course also possible to choose to have one on one sessions.
All the focus will be on you and your challenges. This may help you to discuss more intimate issues that you do not feel comfortable talking about in a group. This will of course be at a higher rate as I can only help one person at a time.
A combination of both, the private session and joining in a workshop, is also possible and may offer you even more value.
When contacting me it all starts with a simple conversation, getting a feel about one another and stating expectations. After that, a moment of reflection, the decision is taken: to proceed or not.
From that point on everything is possible. What you truly want is what you’ll get: what does this mean?
Well, what we say that we want and what we want deeply inside, may be two different things.
For example:
“You may say that you want help to change your job”
A possibility is that in reality you want to be happy while working. This may very well be possible in your current position.
In order to make that happen; certain things will have to change. This change has to come (primarily) from you and I can help you realize this through my coaching.
