Each of us carries within us aspects of both the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine. As we chose to be a woman or a man in this life, our true essence is either feminine or masculine.
But during the development of our society, the women claimed the independence from the limited view of raising children and taking care of home. And in the fight for demonstrating their power, women pushed their masculine part to take over the control of their behavior, and became men. In the board of big corporations, surrounded by powerful men in suits and pants or having roles which were once exclusively for men, they became strong, powerful, tough, independent, competitive, smart and super active. But…On the way women forgot their femininity, their vulnerable, gracious, nurturing, supportive, cooperative, receiving nature. They forgot the dance of emotions and went into mind. The true feminine brings a deep wisdom rooted in trusting one’s intuition and heart. It is a passionate, creative, and life-giving force. The true feminine supports deep heartfelt nurturing of all creation and the passing along of traditions from one generation to the next. On the other side, men developed their feminine treats as exterior look and image, well-being, children rising, and also roles which were for centuries exclusively feminine. In couples with powerful strong independent women, men lost their connection with their true masculine essence. The true masculine is characterized by confidence without arrogance; rational thinking without a need to control; honor without a desire for war. It provides stability, strength, and courage. When we find the balance of these two sacred forces within ourselves, we can draw confidence, integrity and lose our fear of expressing our truest self. When the sacred masculine essence meets the sacred feminine nature within us or in connection to our partner or in our external relationships, the force of the sacred creation gives to that moment not only the power to become what we want, but it gives the synergy of creating whatever we want smoothly, in easiness, effortless just by the quality of the two sacred energies and not quantity. When we incorporate both masculine and feminine ways of being, without judgment, living from our intuition and trusting our inner knowing, we can discover the magic of life and the beauty of the human experience.
