Spiritual Grounding
What is Spiritual Grounding?
Spiritual grounding is different from physical grounding, yet the two are very connected and a combination of the two is the most effective.
When referred to within spirituality, grounding is the ability not to drift away, leaving the present reality or 3D world, leaving your body. It is also the ability to stay connected to this reality, the one most people perceive as the real world.
It is very common for people who get into spirituality to want to disconnect from their bodies and the world we live in. Like wanting to go straight to heaven (the religious heaven).
The thing is that we are spiritual beings (our souls) who chose to have an earthy experience and need to respect this. It is part of our personal growth, personal development, evolution and spiritual growth.
Often people want to escape our reality because they have suffered and don't want that anymore. yet this is only a resistance that makes only harder to live on this planet.
A healthy balance is needed on all levels, on the spiritual level too. This will make it easier to experience life here on earth and to start riding the wave.

A simple way for beginners & a practical tool for daily life:
I understand that you may not always be able to ground in the most natural way or have any grounding tool at your disposal. This is why I developed a simple and short technique to replicate (partially) the effect of the natural grounding.
This technique is primarily used for emotional grounding and balancing.
I developed it back in 2005 this short 3 min grounding, relaxation and refocusing meditation.
Today I include some additional aspects and this is why you need to practice a bit to be able to include all aspect within the short meditation.

Meditation Music:
