Step into CHANGE

A wonderful experience !

I had the honor and pleasure to team-up with 5 other coaches.

From the moment of having the first thought to D-day was a challenging and interesting path to walk.

Transforming an ideology into reality is not as easy as it may seem, but once you get it done... Standing on stage in front of the participants gave me such a boost of energy that I felt that it would be a perfect day!
And that is what it was: We as coaches excelled and all the participants, with varying exceptions, had a great day (see their feedback below)
I personally enjoyed working with two groups of people with very different backgrounds. It was great to see them opening their hearts and step straight through their fears and into change.

Step into Change is a very interactive seminar. It's first goal is to help people to start introducing change into their lives, a change that they feel is needed but never managed to implement.

Step into change is the first project under the umbrella of 180m.ro

The 6 coaches have each their unique ways and methods. All coaches do hold their workshops in parallel, one before the lunch break and one after it. This gives the attendees the chance to attend two different workshops and to learn two different methods to introduce change into their lives.

Step into change is part of a larger initiative called 180m.ro that has as main goal: investing 3 hours per week (180 min) to help someone or a cause for free and to do this for a period of at least 6 months.
180m.ro is founded by Dragos Roua. Dragos is the owner and father of the Connect Hub and organiser of the very successful and interesting weekly Open Connect networking event that attracts a lot of different people with different interests and backgrounds, most of them being or thinking about becoming Entrepreneurs.

Sâmbătă am fost participant la un eveniment foarte fain, care chiar a produs o schimbare atât în cei prezenţi, cât şi trainerilor care şi-au dedicat din timpul lor pentru a evolua împreună cu noi.

Am reuşit să mă bag la un selfie cu aceşti oameni minunaţi care au dat startul unui proiect care înţelege că schimbarea nu se cere, nu se întâmplă până când nu începem să ne schimbăm şi să evoluăm noi, mai întâi.

Vor urma şi altele, aşa că eu voi fi prezent, posibil şi din postura de trainer, dar asta veţi afla la momentul potrivit.

Translation:
Saturday I attended a great event which created a real change within those present including the trainers who dedicated their time to evolve together with us.
I succeed to make a selfie with wonderful people who gave a start to a project which understands that the change is not something you ask for, it’s not happening until the moment you decided to change and evolve yourself.
