Make 2017 a Great Year

I took part in one of the small, cozy groups that did this workshop last year. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, as I am with many of the things that seem to attract me in an irrational way, but I decide to go, nonetheless. I think curiosity had a great say in this, as well.
I was in for a pleasant surprise - both from the part of our coaches and myself. I learned that, yes, I can open up to people that I just met, drop the act and feel a sort of relief by just being true. I guess some of the others learned different things: "yes, other people have a hard time loving themselves, too, no matter how shinny they might seem", or "yes, there is no shame in admitting that you are lonely and need a somebody's warm touch". Of course, we all knew these things before, we just needed to offer ourselves a few hours of letting it all sink in, and have a clean, fresh start of the year. And just feel close to each other.
So basically, what I'm saying is - go ahead, give it a try :).

Step into change

Saturday I attended a great event which created a real change within those present including the trainers who dedicated their time to evolve together with us.
I succeed to make a selfie with wonderful people who gave a start to a project which understands that the change is not something you ask for, it’s not happening until the moment you decided to change and evolve yourself.
More will follow, so I will be there, possibly also as a trainer. This is something you will find out soon.

Bridging You

Bridging You was a really powerful tool in understanding exactly the things I needed.
I recommend to everybody to have this experience. Lotfi is a really safe coach.
In a surprisingly organic way and following his intuition, he just say the right thing for you, in the right moment.
For me, the magic ingredient of this workshop was Lotfi’s humor. It was really helpful in finding the courage to share my feelings and emotions and to feel free to be myself.

I would also put in bold several words for this workshop: safe, gentle, expanding, deep breath of fresh life.

Bridging You

I'm feeling really lucky that I have met Lotfi, he is a great MAN, one of the few owner of a beautiful soul.
I just participated in one of his workshops and I'm really impressed by his intuition.
He really "understands between the lines" and also he doesn't need too many words in order to understand my feelings. In fact, he doesn't need words at all.

He made me realize several things about myself, things that exist in me and I did not see them before. I'm confident that he helped me to open my path in life and to understand WHO I REALLY AM and why I'm here.

He is also a great friend, with a very good sense of humor, he doesn't judge people, this is the main reason why I felt great near him.

Breaking Through Workshop is the most beautiful gift I've ever could offer to myself.
It was an experience that Reset my life, my perspective on it and that rebirth my soul and my joy for life.
Every moment I realize how beautiful and astonishing life is, my full gratefulness expands the Universe and I feel I was blessed because I met Ibi and Lotfi.

Bridging Breakthrough

Hi,

I am Ana Popescu, I am 39 years old and…after years of searching and losing myself, it is with Ibi and Lotfi’s help that I realized that everything I need is in me.
This is the most intense happiness I ever felt – absolute freedom and peace with everything.
First I have to tell you that I was always self-sufficient and I completely refused any Workshops as I thought it would be a useless thing to do.
Now, I confess that this is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to me. And it is an absolute necessity to anyone who wants to improve his life and to evolve.
Yes, I have read a lot, I tried to grow alone…the Breakthrough workshop was the crowning of my efforts and the essence of my searches…the missing piece!
The missing piece being the acceptance of guidance and experiencing the power of being part of a group.

The wonderful people who guided me, Ibi and Lotfi, first created a safe space, where they allowed me to simply be. Without the fear of being judged, without the shame to admit that I am weak and I in need of help.
They cared deeply about each participant, the attention to the details, the patience and gentleness used to guide us without interfering or forcing anybody.
I felt their joy of giving parts of their souls, their knowledge and unconditional love. This made me live 48 magical hours…to rediscover in me the joy of living and being among people.
It is incredible how totally different people – in style, age, sex and not knowing each other, managed to become after a workshop a whole, a ONE without any barrier.
I won on every level – soul level enormously- it’s a miracle to be you, the real one, the free one, cleaned up of prejudgments and opinions, physically…
From the next day I started to pay attention to my body, to eat healthy, to move, psychologically… From one day to another I replaced the worries with hope, the negative thoughts with the positive ones. I did all of this without being forced, just simply because I felt to do so.
And here I think it’s exclusively the merit of the trainers…they reminded us how to be. They gave us back our self-trust with the gentleness and the joy of a child. And for this there are not enough words to thank.
And still I say simple THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I bow with love and respect I front of you.
The essence of all the good things is the Togetherness. Only together we’ll succeed and we’ll grow.
