​During the weekend peaople learned:

• What intimacy is and what it is not.
• How to truly connect with the other from the heart, not from the mind.
• What you have to know about yourself to be able to allow the connection.
• To be truly intimate with yourself and your partner.​

​Then you will have the opportunity to start applying what you’ve learned (homework).
During the follow-up evenings we will assess your progress and go more in depth where needed and hand you additional tools.

​This is how we did setup it up:

Because this is a learning process that requires practicing and we want you to really benefit from it: we decided to split this workshop into a weekend plus two follow-up evening a few weeks later:

• Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00
• 10 days later an evening: 18:30-21:30
• One month later an evening: 18:30-21:30
